Withdrawals on mcw log start from a minimum of ৳500. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 8 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any fraudulent or abusive use of bonuses will result in account closure.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Any bonus claimed using a VPN or proxy will be considered void.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

Each betting market on mcw log has its own set of rules. General betting terms include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in specific circumstances.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are published, mcw log reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• No claims will be accepted for delays occurring during in-play betting.
• In the event of a result dispute, the decision of the relevant sports governing body shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw log. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Depositing funds linked to money laundering or illegal sources.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Providing false information on your account.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any form of manipulation.

Mcw log may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

If an account is closed, the member may request a refund of their valid balance. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

Mcw log takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is entertainment, not a source of income. To support our members' wellbeing, we offer the following tools:
